JohnMCCARTHY(Jack) On Tuesday 3rd November 2009, passed away peacefully in Harrogate District Hospital, North Yorkshire, aged 89 years. The beloved husband of the late Norah, much loved daddy of Patricia, loved brother of Malcolm and Joan and a dear uncle. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at The Heart of England Crematorium Chapel, Nuneaton on Thursday 19th November at 1.30 p.m. prior to cremation. No flowers please by request, but donations may be made in memory of John to The Yorkshire Air Ambulance for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
